In the cold of the night
can't do nothin' right
for when one's mind is weak
he shouldnt be given the right to speak

adventure after adventure
bliss must come to an end
sometimes too soon
sometimes too quick
seemingly unfair to man

for if u want to perks in life
u must be prepared to pay the balance
a peak with a trough
a hump wif a bump
what am i sayin?
this crap belongs in the dump

i know not what i say
i've lost control what i do
i'm just this lost sheep
so lost..
so deep in shit

as i waddle deeper and deeper
perhaps an occasional whimper
sometimes there is nothing better to do than weep
for even weeping brings you nothin else
nothing anything anyone can give

its just a matter of time
most of the time
for time heals, solves and destroys
for the seconds and minutes ticking by
hold forces greater than money can buy

as i lay on my pillow
staring at the sky
the simple sky with stars shining bright
stars unaffected no matter how time flies
maybe i should be a star,
haha, what crap someone should say..
but perhaps at this time,
its the stability of time
that should be the one that sway.
