time passes so quickly
we hardly notice
unable to catch hold
yet sometimes we get thrown into a pause

slow

moutains out of mole hills

and now we have the 'i' generation
(ipod, imode, iriver..)

some remember the 1997 financial crisis,
the very bad haze.
or how about
the terrorist attack on the twin towers
that was 2001
people talked about the end of the world
before the clock struck 2000
princess diana
iraq
china
the threatened upset of peace
the destruction of the tsunami waves Dec '04

now is 2006,
its funny how all this seemed pretty recent
aint it?

its scary
its imminent
it can't be changed

so what can be done?
what should?
the answer is..

..
nothing actually..

unless you want to create changes to your life
life has been like that for so long
it wouldnt change direction
sometimes there would be a fork
stuck in the road
forcing a decision
but most of the time
things don't change

life is simple
its living that complicates.
